At FVXO, we are dedicated to delivering products of the highest quality, ensuring that each item meets our exacting standards.
Different Products
For custom made Silk Garments, the duration of 6-8 weeks applies, since we will be informing our tailors of your measurements, wait for them to finish the work and then ship it to you from Vietnam. For all other products, shipping is faster. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, as we ship from our storage facility in Switzerland.

Any product can be returned within 14 days after the arrival at your location, as long as it is in the same condition it arrived in.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Welcome to FVXO's Return & Exchange Policy section. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase or be dissatisfied with a product. Therefore, we have a straightforward return and exchange policy to build trust and reassure you that you can shop with confidence. Our priority is your satisfaction, and we are here to make the process smooth and hassle-free.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
In case of a change of heart, to be eligible for a return or an exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused. In case of a faulty design or a damaged product, we have a 6 month warranty. Depending on the damage, we will pay for the reparation cost or replace the product altogether.
