CUSTOM SIZING INSTRUCTIONS 

Find a blank sheet of paper for each foot. Stand naturally, without altering your posture, and have a friend carefully trace the outline of your feet. Ensure the outline captures the full length and width of your foot, avoiding angled pencils or excessive pressure.

Using your tracings, measure the length from the tip of your longest toe to the back of your heel, and the width at the widest part of your foot (usually across the forefoot), as depicted on the diagram.

Write down your measurements in both inches and millimeters. Additionally, include your usual shoe size in both European and American sizing.

Take clear photos of your foot tracings (and optionally your feet), and include the following information in your email:

• The name of the shoe you’re ordering

• Your first and last name

• Your measurements

Once we receive your details, we will review your request and you will be sent an invoice shortly after. Once your payment is processed, we’ll send you an order confirmation, and our artisans will begin crafting your custom pair.

Custom sized shoes will involve additional costs and time and no two pairs are the same. Each pair is handmade in Guatemala and shipped to you with the same care and quality as our other products.
